Kindly requested
It is advisable to avoid peak times when phoning the box office. Between the hours of 19.30 and 20.30 in particular, it is often impossible to answer the telephone: members of the public who are buying tickets in person at the box office have precidence at this time.
If you are unable to come to the performance for any reason, we would appreciate it if you could advise the box office in good time.

Completely reserved? Come anyway!
Shortly before and on the day of the performance there are almost always still tickets available. It is not until then that we know exactly how many tickets we can sell. If a performance is sold-out, then you can join the waiting-list by taking a serial number at the theatre box office, from one hour before the start of the performance. Tickets which have not been picked up will be sold on half-an-hour before the start of the performance.

The General Theatre-goers Conditions as laid down by the Association of Theatre and Music Hall directors (lodged at the Amsterdam magistrates court) apply to the theatres in the Nes. No admittion after the start of the performance. A refund of tickets sold is not possible.
